2020 presentation ceremony

In 2020, due to COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown restrictions, the Dorothea Mackellar Poetry Awards were announced via the first digital presentation ceremony. Prize-winning young poets submitted video recitations of their winning works. The judges also recorded their comments from afar and government ministers have contributed on the importance of this competition.
